Step 1 – Meet with us

No sales presentations here. To better understand your wants and needs come visit with us. Getting to know each other is the special part we enjoy most. We prefer the old fashioned face-to-face, but phone, text, and email works too. Our goal is to help you discover and obtain the right place to call home. We will even provide you with a home buying packet to better help you understand the area and process.

Step 2 – Mortgage Qualification

Meeting with a mortgage lender will help you see your financial position. Don’t know any lenders? Not a problem. We have relationships with many lenders that offer a variety of competitive financing programs. Here are some of our Preferred Lenders. We recommend comparing lenders and loan programs to find who and what best fits your needs. Checking with your Credit Union is also a great option.

Step 3 – The Offer and Transaction

Our experienced team works on your behalf to help ensure you don’t miss a home or lose the home you love while getting the best value in your purchase.
